Rev. Victoria Lawrence is a dedicated faith leader, mentor, and missionary with a passion for guiding individuals toward their God-given purpose. She is the Founder and CEO of The Father’s Joy, a prominent UK-based charity organisation that advocates for and supports neurodivergent individuals and their families. Her work spans continents, impacting lives through spiritual growth, mentorship, and social transformation.
As an ordained and licensed minister in the UK, Rev. Victoria is committed to faith-based leadership, preaching, and equipping individuals with the tools they need to navigate their spiritual and personal journeys. She is also a Cultural Intelligence Consultant and Facilitator, helping individuals and organisationss embrace diversity and inclusion through faith-centered training. Additionally, she is a Trauma-Informed Coach and Trainer, empowering people to heal and rebuild their lives with resilience and purpose.
Beyond her ministry, Rev. Victoria is a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Advocate, ensuring that neurodivergent individuals and those with additional needs receive the support and opportunities they deserve. As an EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) Consultant, she works with faith communities, businesses, and organisationss to foster environments that champion equality and belonging. She is also a sought-after speaker, delivering impactful messages on faith, leadership, purpose, and personal development.
